The Journal of Geomechanics and Geoengineering (ISSN 2716-7992) is a peer-reviewed bi-annual journal dedicated to publish, assign and administrate high quality information from the researchers, scientists and engineers. The objective of this journal is to communicate recent and projected advances in the application of the principle of mechanics to earth-materials and geo-materials, such as foundation engineering, slope engineering, tunneling, rock engineering, engineering geology and geo-environmental engineering.

The scope of Journal of Geomechanics and Geoengineering (JGG) includes a wide spectrum of subjects including:

  • Advances in Composite Materials
  • ComputationalMechanics
  • SoilCharacterization, Case Studies, Uncertainties
  • In Situ Testing and NumericalModelling
  • Foundations and Retaining Structures
  • SlopeStability
  • Soil Dynamics
  • Soil-Structure Interaction
  • Pavement Technology
  • Tunnels and Anchors
  • Difficult or ProblematicSoils
  • Ground Improvement
  • Site Investigation and Rehabilitation
  • Case History and PracticalExperience
  • Others

The journal welcomes manuscripts in English that provide information not previously published in journals in the field of geomechanics and geoengineering. The JGG publish also special issues containing the best papers selected from various conferences in sub-fields of geotechnical engineering, materials engineering, geo-environmental engineering, and relatedsubjects to scope of the journal.
